You MUST provide your correct Steam ID when submitting a ticket.
Tickets that receive no response from the player within 24 hours WILL be closed without notice.
DISCORD RULES & ENFORCEMENT
1.1 Cheating Accusations
Public accusations of cheating are strictly prohibited. Any suspicion of cheating MUST be reported through the ticket system. Failure to comply may result in punishment.
1.2 Spam & Staff Tagging
Spamming, message flooding, or unnecessary tagging of staff is not tolerated. Do NOT tag staff unless explicitly instructed to do so, including within tickets.
1.3 Advertising & Promotion
Advertising or promoting other servers, communities, services, or content whether in Discord or in-game is strictly forbidden.
1.4 CF Tools Prohibition
Any player with access to CF Tools is NOT permitted to use it on this server under any circumstances. Violations will result in immediate action.
1.5 Toxic Behaviour
Toxicity, harassment, or disruptive behavior will be handled at the sole discretion of the admin team. Admin decisions are final.
1.6 Admin Impersonation
Impersonating staff or falsely claiming admin authority is a serious offense and will result in severe punishment.
1.20 Unauthorized Discord Modifications
The use of third-party or modified Discord clients (including but not limited to BetterDiscord) is prohibited and may result in an immediate ban.
GENERAL SERVER RULES
2.1 Combat Logging
Logging out during or shortly after combat is prohibited. Combat includes dealing or receiving damage and is evaluated by staff on a case-by-case basis.
If you disconnect unintentionally, you are required to reconnect immediately and open a ticket to notify staff.
Failing to return after a server restart while in combat will still be treated as combat logging.
Logging out inside an enemy base is not permitted. If a base is constructed around your logged-out character, you must open a ticket. Attempting to break or exploit your way out will result in punishment.
2.2 Keycard Area Logging
Logging out within 300 meters of any keycard location is not allowed. If a restart leaves you stuck in the area, you must submit a ticket for staff assistance.
2.3 Camping & Zone Abuse
Camping from bases, rooftops, or elevated positions at events, keycard locations, military zones, or trader areas is prohibited. Shooting into these areas from buildings or windows is also not allowed.
2.4 Unauthorized Software & Visual Exploits
The use of third-party software or tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden.
This includes, but is not limited to, ReShade filters that simulate thermals, extreme contrast, or player highlighting, Scope X, or similar programs.
Cosmetic-only enhancements such as NVIDIA filters, basic ReShade presets, or static crosshairs are permitted.
If you are unsure whether something is allowed, you must open a ticket before using it. “I didn’t know” will not be accepted as a defense.
2.5 Macros & Automation
The use of macros or automation for combat, looting, or gameplay advantages is prohibited.
2.6 Exploits & Bug Abuse
Abusing glitches, exploits, or unintended mechanics for personal gain is strictly forbidden and will result in disciplinary action.
2.7 Spam & Audio Abuse
Spamming voice chat, text chat, megaphones, soundboards, or music is not allowed and may result in an immediate mute.
2.8 Helicopter Scouting (UAV Use)
Using helicopters solely to scout, relay enemy positions, or provide aerial intelligence without direct engagement in PvP scenarios is prohibited.
2.9 Vehicle Storage Limits
Each base is limited to the following secured vehicles:
1 secured helicopter
2 secured ground vehicles
Any additional vehicles must be parked outside the base or on accessible rooftops and reachable on foot.
2.10 Loot Cycling
Loot cycling in any form is not permitted and will result in punishment.
2.11 Rule Accountability
Players are responsible for knowing and following all server rules. Ignorance of the rules will not exempt you from enforcement.
2.12 Player Names
All players must change their default name from “Survivor” to a unique, appropriate name before playing.
2.13 Support & Tickets
All support requests must be submitted through the #make-a-ticket channel. No exceptions.
2.14 Bug Reporting
Bugs must be reported via ticket. Do not post bug reports in general chat.
2.15 Language Policy
English is the only permitted language in global in-game chat and Discord channels, except for #LFG.
2.16 Cheating Reports
All cheating reports must be handled through the ticket system. Public accusations in-game or on Discord are not allowed.
2.17 Usernames
Offensive, misleading, troll, or inappropriate usernames are prohibited and must be changed when instructed.
2.18 Alternate Accounts
The use of alternate accounts is strictly forbidden and may result in permanent bans.
BUILDING RULES
All bases must follow these rules. Bases found in violation may be modified or removed without notice.
LOCATION & PLACEMENT
3.1 Bases must not be built in military zones.
3.2 Bases must not block or restrict roads.
3.3 All bases must have a clear and direct raid path at all times.
ACCESSIBILITY
3.4 All rooms, rooftops, and platforms must be accessible on foot.
3.5 Inaccessible, decorative-only, or unreachable areas are not allowed.
3.6 Base designs may not force crouching, prone, vaulting, or ladder-only choke points.
TREEHOUSE BASES (IF APPLICABLE)
3.7 Killing players while they are climbing ladders or locked in animations is not allowed.
3.8 Peeking or firing toward ladders is prohibited.
3.9 Doors may be blocked, but the main platform must remain open, clear, and accessible at all times.
TERRITORIES & SIZE LIMITS
3.10 Players may own a maximum of 2 territories.
3.11 Territories must be spaced at least 2 km apart.
3.12 Base height limits:
Ground bases: Maximum of 6 BBP walls
Bases built on structures: Maximum of 3 BBP walls above the structure
3.13 Bases may extend no more than 2 unsupported structures in any direction.
DOORS & RAID PATH
3.14 A maximum of 15 doors total is allowed across all owned bases.
3.15 Hangar doors are not considered raidable and may not be used as part of the raid path.
3.16 Door and gate spacing requirements:
At least ½ a large BBP wall or 2 small BBP walls between doors
Doors may not be stacked directly in front of each other
Minimum clearance must be ½ the width of a full BBP wall in all directions
WINDOWS & PEEKS
3.17 Only unobstructed BBP windows may be used.
3.18 Toe-peeks, waist-peeks, one-way angles, or any unfair peeking methods are prohibited.
3.19 Wire, mesh, or any obstruction placed over windows is not allowed.
BUILDING DURING RAIDS
3.20 Building is not allowed once C4 has been armed.
3.21 After the final door is destroyed, defenders must wait 30 minutes before rebuilding.
RAID OBSTRUCTION RULES
3.22 Bases may not force raiders through barbed wire.
3.23 Entrances may not be blocked using vehicles or immovable objects.
3.24 Doors may not block access to tents, sheds, storage, or vaults.
STRUCTURAL RESTRICTIONS
3.25 BBP sloped roofs may not be used as walls.
3.26 BBP raised walkways must be fully constructed.
3.27 Using pillars or partial builds as walkways is not allowed.
GROUP RULES
All group-related rules are strictly enforced. Violations may result in wipes, bans, or forced group disbandment.
GROUP SIZE & MEMBERSHIP
5.1 Maximum Group Size
Groups are limited to a maximum of three (3) players.
This includes:
Anyone with access to your base or territory
Anyone linked to your flagpole
Anyone who regularly plays, fights, or raids with your group
Exceeding the limit in any form is not allowed.
TEAM CHANGES & PVP
5.2 Teammate Swapping
Swapping, rotating, or adding group members during active PvP or ongoing raids is prohibited.
This rule applies equally to attackers and defenders.
GROUP HOPPING
5.3 Group & Territory Lock
Players must remain within their assigned group, territory, and flagpole.
Switching groups for tactical, defensive, or offensive advantage is not allowed.
Any request to change groups must be submitted through a ticket and approved by staff before switching.
INTER-GROUP TRADING
5.4 Trading Between Groups
Trading with other groups is permitted but is done entirely at your own risk.
Staff will not refund, replace, or recover items lost due to scams, theft, or poor trades.
TEAMING & COORDINATION
5.5 No Teaming
Teaming with players outside of your registered group is strictly prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Coordinating PvP or raids
Sharing live enemy locations or raid information
Providing combat assistance or backup
Any form of outside coordination will be treated as teaming.
RAIDING RULES
Raiding is time-restricted and heavily enforced. Any raid activity outside the allowed window will result in punishment.
RAID WINDOW (EST):
Friday – 4:00 PM through Sunday – 7:00 PM
Raiding outside this timeframe is strictly prohibited.
RAID METHODS & TIMING
4.1 C4 Usage
C4 raiding is permitted only during the weekend raid window.
4.2 Eco / Softside Raiding
Eco raiding (also known as softsiding using tools or melee) is permitted 24/7.
Hard glitching, exploit raiding, or abusing unintended mechanics is strictly forbidden.
4.3 Hacking Tablet Raiding
Hacking Tablets may be used at any time, but only on Containers and vaults.
4.4 Soft-Side Raiding (Weekend)
Soft-side raiding is permitted during raid weekends and must still follow all raid path and recording requirements.
BOOSTING & MOVEMENT
4.5 Boosting Rules
Boosting is allowed only during raid times and must follow all restrictions:
A maximum of one (1) object and one (1) vehicle may be used
Boosting must begin from a stable, flat surface
Standing on hovering helicopters is prohibited
C4 & EXPLOSIVE RULES
4.6 C4 Placement
C4 may only be placed or removed when the player has a clear, direct line of sight to the target surface.
RAID CONDUCT & FAIR PLAY
4.7 Griefing Restrictions
Griefing is not allowed.
Dismantling structures purely to steal materials is prohibited
Dismantling for legitimate tactical advantage during a raid is allowed
4.8 Defender Logout Rule
Defenders must remain online for 30 minutes following the last use of C4, rockets, or dismantling.
Logging out early to avoid a raid is not permitted.
4.9 Raid Recording Requirement
All raids must be fully recorded by the raiding party.
This includes C4, soft-side, and eco raids. Recordings must show the entire raid from start to finish and be available if requested by staff.
LOOT & DEPLOYABLES
4.10 Garden Plot Usage
Garden plots may only be used for growing plants. Using them to block, hide, or exploit raid paths is not allowed.
4.11 Loot Destruction (Popcorning)
Intentionally destroying loot by dropping it to de-spawn is prohibited. Loot must be taken or stored.
4.13 Codelock Abuse
Placing a codelock on a base or territory you do not own is strictly prohibited.
HELICOPTER RESTRICTIONS
4.14 Helicopter Use During Raids
Helicopters may only be used for landing on rooftops or nearby areas.
Hovering for raid advantage is not allowed
Boosting from helicopters is prohibited
Placing C4 from helicopters is not allowed
GRENADE & ANGLE ABUSE
4.15 Grenade Openings
Grenade holes may be used only for throwing grenades. Shooting through grenade holes is not allowed.
BASE TAKEOVERS
4.16 Base Takeover Conditions
Bases may only be taken over during raid weekends and only when all of the following conditions are met:
Every required raid path is fully opened
All doors have been completely destroyed
4.17 Takeover Requirements
To officially claim a base:
You must place your own Flag Kit
You may not place locks, storage, walls or build until the base is fully raided
Once claimed, all standard building and territory rules apply.
